This is a 3 bedroom 3 Bathroom + home office family home built on Tranquil Crescent in Newcrest. This home has an above ground pool and plenty of entertainment and skill building activities for your sims.
Hover your mouse over the logs in the fireplace and click for lighting options or put wall down and click on fireplace from back.

Placement Tips:
Not having all the packs will result in missing or substituted objects - please check the packs.
It is no longer necessary to use the move objects cheat when placing lots built with the cheat on, however, I still recommend placing lots from the lot and not the world map. Always bulldoze the lot first before placing. It is also better to place the lot on the lot it was built on, placing on another lot can change terrain paint and cause objects to disappear. If objects still disappear, enable move objects.

It's astounding how you still manage to create so many amazing custom pieces after having built so many houses already. You're an absolute master of cohesion, and your base game houses always blow my mind. 🤯 Not to mention how much work and heart you always pour into the little stories at the end! Great! I was building and came here to get inspired. Love the combination of colours. I may imitate your roofs because it's the hardest thing to design to me. I've been following your showers tutorial in my buildings, but I add a platform in the shower like some real showers have.

Do you have a Patreon? I genuinely feel like I need to reimburse you for the astounding entertainment value you provide. This one had me crying at the end! It was so sweet. Back when I played The Sims 2 I made a very amateurish video about a little girl imagining a fashion show. I had a lot of fun, but it didn't come close to the emotional impact this video made. Thank you! The tents are in debug from the Sim Sessions concert we had a while back. You can easily find them by searching the gallery for debug tent, because thankfully people have uploaded them =)

It's easier to find it by my ID schnuck01 - if you click on my name it will take you directly to my page where it's the highlighted build. Filtering by lots and newest also helps - Also, make sure you have hide reported content unchecked in game settings.

Thank you - it's because it's a base game house - no packs were used (aside from the free Holiday Celebration pack) and the functional laundry stuff is in a pack =)
