This video has taught me one thing, the battle is never over until you are down. You could have a sliver of health that could be taken away by a level one super, but then you hear those blessed words when you input at the right time to save yourself: Kaioken!!!
The thing I like about base Goku is that unlike all his other transformations most of his moves actually show him as a martial artist instead of opting for flashy moves.

GT Goku is basically over 30 years older than Base Goku (based on his moveset he qualifies for Namek Saga Goku) 1 year gap post fight with Frieza, 3 years to wait for the Androids, 7 years dead, DBZ ends 10 years after the Buu Saga, GT starts 10 years after the end of DBZ

I have no idea how this game is played or what it's about other than Dragon ball but it's always perfect to see someone good playing it, on a well edited video. Definitely got a new sub there.
So I have never played the game, and always just watched this video for fun, because for real, getting a massive buff like the Kaioken and going absolutely HAM on the enemy looks like stupid fun and adrenaline pumping. So I took a quick five minutes to look up how it REALLY worked in the game, soon learning about x3 and x20 and how it prompts only when your allies go down. It is SUPER tempting to pick DBFZ for this alone, even though I have NEVER played a fighting game in my life, not even Smash Bros. Again MoldyBagel, your content is inspiring on another level. Maybe you should cover Base Goku sometime soon in another one of your videos.
Here’s a tip for all you new base goku players , when you end a block string with down circle then press quarter circle forward X (on ps4) for a downward kamehameha. I use it all the time as a base goku main :) and trust me it works in high rank (living legends)

Given how Lythero and the shenanigoons have had this form of Goku in both of the teams that took down MUI Goku (both in the MUI boss raid pt2 and the U7 boss raid where there were 3 of them). Yeah him being S tier makes sense
@@MoldyBagel now in season 3 if baseku is in limit break and lvl 3 sparking then 2M > 5H > hand spirit bomb > full spirit bomb is a TOD. What's even more ridiculous is that his new B assist charges up spirit bomb in the background when you call his aasist in.
@@ThenamesFaceless you can call it whatever you want but it's not a limit break that is a move that allows you to use special abilities in final fantasy you can call it z power or super power or whatever else they call it but your wrong if you call it a limit break.
@@richardbasso22 ..... Dumbo, it's literally called "Limit Break Ultimate Power", it happens when your down to one last character, it's an attack buff, which can be stacked with sparking
Well he was basically still 45 just think that he got shorter. He still technically had all of his ki mastered on other things like that. That means it was in time and he didn’t go back to the past.

How tf did u do that combo at 2:55 on Yamaha ? I tried replicating it but the CPU just techs out before the spirit bomb can hit. Are there any small delays I’m not noticing?
not with this variation, delaying everything helps, but not necessary. you can mash this one. if you send me a video of you doing it i can probably help

Sad Idiot I mean if your new to the game or don’t play base goku I don’t think it’s too bad. I have like 300+ hrs in the game and I still don’t know what the fuck beerus, ginyu, and Android 18 do at all
