I really enjoyed this video, I’m from Tijuana and a huge fan of Toros de Tijuana, and I’m currently far away from home but this video make me feel like home again
How’d you feel safe wise? Had a friend who played there and he was living in San Diego and commuting to practice/games/etc every day because he didn’t want to live in Tijuana. How’s the area right around the stadium?
Haven't spent too much time in the area around the stadium but you can get an Uber straight there from the border and we felt totally safe - lots of gringos and MX Americans at the games, would recommend going with a Spanish speaker or MX friend but also is totally doable if you're a first timer with no experience in MX.
