It's obvious they're not happy about it, imagine one of these baseball size hail hitting your skull from the sky like a bullet in high speed, you're a good as death or in the process of dying with 50 and more hail balls heading your way.
That was amazing. Thank you for holding the camera, I couldn't have. I would have been safe somewhere in center of home maybe in a closet or bathtub. Wow that was something else. So 7 years ago your boy would be how old now? I hope he stayed out of trouble or is out of it now. Good luck in life to the whole family. Keep safe & God bless each and every one. Peace.
One time there was a hail storm in Gruver. I was looking at some roofs and something seemed funny. I came to me all of a sudden I hadn't seen a live bird in the whole town of about 2,500. I worked the storm for 10 months and the whole time seen very few birds. A few years later they had made their comeback.
Notice that the dark car that drives by at 4:13 has no back window anymore, although it's covered with leaves which means the driver tried to take refuge under a tree - which obviously didn't work.
WoW!!What a hail but what an awesome !!! ... What do they do with the cars I imagine that they do not put them in the parking lot !! Oh my God !! Awesome !!
Hey Jeff Mailey, do you have an email address at which we could contact you regarding this video? We would be interested to discuss a license to use this video if this is generally possible? (i.e. via email) :) Cheers, Felix
5,000 years ago, the polar ice cap used to be as far south as Kansas, and it has been melting back ever since. Why should it stop? Man did not cause the ice cap to melt, nor can man prevent it from melting.
Hi Jeff, I am linking to your video from the World of Nomadic Fungi as an example of the hail storm in Dallas. Please let me know if you have any objections. Sincerely, Brad Ford Smith
All the rappers should get together and make a music video outside when this happens. Hopefully, they would have to do a few takes. Fuck hip hop and shit pop.
It's a good time to be a roofer in Abilene right now. (they got hit bad yesterday). This just goes to show (-o-o-) every things bigger in Texas. bigger in Texas. Whats weird is living in Oklahoma you'd expect us to get hit a lot more often by stuff like this here in Tulsa but we rarely do. Tulsa is just lucky when it comes to severe weather I guess. Not the Rest of OK though. They get fucked.
