Anyone who files a false police report, and/or obtains a restraining order under false pretenses should have criminal charges filed against them. They should also be made to do community service in a battered women's shelter and they should also be made to stand on a busy street corner with a sign declaring exactly what they did wrong.

His entire life was ruined because the MLB, the Dodgers, social media, and main stream media all cancelled this dude with zero evidence to prove his guilt. I think action should be taken against the MLB too for banning him. Even after the charges were dropped they didn't allow teams to sign him for 2 years over false accusations!

There should absolutely be criminal charges filed against her for falsifying, a police report, causing financial ruin of another person, and anything else that could/should apply. In addition, the court should also be able to look into her other “victims“ that exist and be charged for those as well. Peter, I listened to premier while driving.. not that the car is stopped I have to comment! This is so wrong and hurts not only the falsely accused but REAL victims!!!!! This is heartbreaking. There is always so much stressed about being innocent until proven guilty but yet that is not true. People lose their jobs, homes, family, friends and reputations , sadly, some lose their lives, waiting for their day in court. We immediately judge them and it’s off to the races. When all or some of those things happen and a life is ruined by an outright lie or “fabrication” that is absolutely criminal. For SURE, she should be charged to the fullest extent of the law! This is just unbelievable, and if she is NOT charged, it shows others what they could possibly get away with! This is way worse than one person making claims against another in a retaliation-type situation, she does this repeatedly, without even needing to KNOW the person! It's chronic to her personality. When a case of false allegations is this provably false I think the false accuser should be given whatever the mandatory minimum sentence is for the crime they’re accusing the innocent party of as well as the penalties for whatever else applies like filing a false police report, extortion, perjury etc. This sort of thing must be stopped

I completely agree with you, Peter. False accusers, regardless of gender, need to be held accountable for destroying a person's life and reputation based on those false accusations. They should be charged and serve time in prison for it. Some who have been falsely accused have actually attempted suicide. Maybe some have been successful in that. In that case, then the accuser should be brought up on some kind of homicide charge as well. This behaviour needs to stop.
