She wrote the whole dictionary in her letter, to show that she's "smarter than any attorney" - that wasn't that great. But I can see why she did that. I like this judge who is being more firm with her. Enough is enough - impossible to work with her - she's showing narcissistic tendencies all over. She doesn't want to be seen as non perfect "a murderer" - her reputation is on the line......for her. So going to trial, isn't what she wants. She is smiling when a new attorney has been given to her, prolonging her case. YES this was correct to do to her, no more. She understands what's right & wrong which she has been told, accordingly another attorney for her, at least twice. Finally someone who understood where she's coming from. Blaming everyone else, never takes any accountability, she doesn't see that if I'm right about her diagnosis - having borderline is the foundation for narcissism. But there is severe BL & not. So I don't compare her with anyone else having BL. In my country its called EIPS = Emotional Instability Personal Syndrome - because no on can be compared with another with the same diagnosis, like in any diagnosis. She also has fans that could collect money for her defense....not that I believe that, but she said it. Thanx for sharing Peter

Helo peter, why dont you represent her? You wanted to attend trial. She must be allowed at least a court friend to assist with her at trial so she isnt alone? The judge xill have to work much harder, and not just sit there listening. He will have to ask sarah questions directly during trial. She doesnt have to speak a lot. Just needs a few credible expert witnesses. She has brought this upon herself, she should have let jorge out of bag. It will be a different judge. She does a lot of waffling which wont help. Wondering what witnesses sge will call and how to organise payments. She will need room, internet, phone. I cant see that she has a defence other than jorge did it to himself and she was negligent. I hope the attorneys recover from her hostile interactions, the last one looked broken.

Seems like she has finally gotten to the ‘find out’ of fuck around. That last hearing made me cringe because although she isn’t unintelligent, she sounded like a petulant child who knows they have done something wrong but thinks they have the power to twist words and change reality. She wouldn’t be a fun client to work with, I imagine all of the public defenders in the line of appointments have just breathed a collective sigh of relief.

What she means seems obvious. She's a public defender. She's got a caseload not one case. When Sarah thinks her lawyer needs to be available 24/7 she has no time to work on her other cases and their defense suffers
She's all about delay even though she says she wants a trial. I, think she'll push back on this order. She'll say the judge used the word "may" instead of "will" when it comes to losing the right to get a new appointed lawyer. The judge backed everything up on the timeline.
at around 27.50 when you mentioned the words 'Time Served' that's when i paused the video...that's what i've been thinking for a long time...being on remand gives you benefits rather than being a convicted criminal..she would of been told by her first Lawyer that she has no defence with what we saw in the video she took of george in the suitcase...she is a compulsive liar who always wants to get her own way....did you notice at the end of nearly all her Status hearing there was always a grin on her face...she's thinking to herself, that's another one pushed back, more time served..this woman is completely deluded and she won''t go down without a fight...they will end up having to shackle her a drag her to the court and tell her to defend herself.
I think she wants a lawyer who will do and say exactly what she wants, and say she’s completely innocent. I think her defence is just going to ‘I didn’t mean too, so I’m innocent’ or go down the ‘battered wife’ route, which I think with expose her to the abuse arrest against him …either way won’t go well for her. 🙃
I feel sorry for the prosecutors. This is going to make it harder for them to prosecute without looking like the ahole since she doesn’t have representation. And it’s def gonna be appealed so they’re going to be spending years dealing with Suitcase Sara.
