Do you feel like you still get good separation between your hands and front foot at toe touch? I’m looking to get this for some of my softball girls that cast but worried that they would try to keep it directly over their shoulder and not get good hand/foot separation … thanks this video was helpful!

I used this for our 8u team and they loved it. Really helps with lower body movement. Any other tools you recommend for the 7-8 yr old age group? Great review!

Thanks for the review. I have been eyeing it for some time to help some of my younger kids with connection and anti-casting and arm-barring. Do you feel this would help with the pre-swing arm bar?
