Why this superb channel doesn't have more views is beyond me. We get to see the Basecamp in action every time and more importantly, how it is used as a tool to enjoy various outdoor pursuits. I also like the fact that it is being used as a four season tool in all weathers.

That’s very kind of you to say. I think RU-vid is saturated on all topics for new comers such as myself however it’s so humbling to hear my content is appreciated.

Hi! Your videos are really enjoyable and I thoroughly appreciate the work you put in to them. I would have loved a basecamp but with wife, 2 kids and a Vizsla I had to get a Baileys Phoenix 650 (which I do love). Perhaps my Mrs may let me get a basecamp just for me and the dog? Fingers crossed! Keep up the good work Nick.

I really enjoy your channel but for some reason RU-vid unsubscribed me. I’ve now resubscribed. This also happened with another channel I enjoy watching. Wonderful content cheers.

Great vid as ever. I know this area well. Incidentally, I love the simplicity in which the beds make up. No bed slats to pinch your fingers and or collapse / rattle when they slide away... 😳 I wonder why other manufacturers don't use the same pull out from the side system?

Thank you for yet another spectacular vlog! I enjoy watching your channel, you make it look so professional and interesting, every time! Nice for the dog to have had a little companion on this trip! Seeing those two spaniels together in the basecamp…. aww 🥰 If only dogs could talk! Looking forward to your next adventure.

Another stunning Vlog Nick and Another area for me to look at visiting in the future. Nice looking site also. How are you finding the New car towing the Basecamp? We are Looking at getting a New car next year.

It brilliant. Pulls the Basecamp effortlessly even up some steep scary hills in the Peaks! I’m really pleased with it. Cheaper on the fuel too.

Hi Nick. Really enjoying your videos. What is the app you use to plan your walk?
@FlyCampCaravanNorthWales
@FlyCampCaravanNorthWales 7 месяцев назад
The app is called Outdoor Active. I plan the routes on it and then follow them on the app too. Also, I copy the GPX file of the route and send that to my Garmin Watch so I have a back up.

Once again Nick, absolutely outstanding video. Your opening scene was totally stunning. Lovely to see your little girl had a friend along for this adventure too. I loved the Peak District so much last year on my first trip there I’m back again this year, to explore a different part (and possibly revisit some of last year 😉). Thanks for taking us along with you and look forward to your next adventure 👍

What can I say, epic video yet again. I really enjoyed the walk and our time together. Shame the weather called time on the break but the Derwent walk was excellent so the rainy day that followed was much easier to bare. Look forward to the next trip. Fingers crossed the weather plays ball.

Another outstanding video Nick. Watching your videos inspired us to buy a caravan which we collected in November last year.

Hi great videos what app do you use for your walking routes? Just returning to a caravan after 20 years and love the vlogs 👍

I use an app called Outdoor Active which I subscribed to and costs £29 per year. I wouldn’t be without it for the great outdoors.

@@FlyCampCaravanNorthWales perfect thank you I will give it a try, not sure our King Charles would do the distances your Cocker does 😂 Had a Springer and two Cockers in the past so KCC an easy option as we get older

How are you getting on with the new A3?
@FlyCampCaravanNorthWales
@FlyCampCaravanNorthWales 7 месяцев назад
I’m really enjoying the Audi. Pulls the Basecamp effortlessly. I don’t use the EV drive on it much however the Hybrid is fantastic. I charge the car from the engine and I am achieving petrol costs around 10p per mile and 21p when towing. The smaller compact nature of the car better suits my outdoor lifestyle. The regenerative braking on it is unbelievable. There is always energy in the battery even if I don’t charge it. Only compromise is the boot is a notch small. I sacrifice a 100 litres of space to accommodate the battery.
@MarkN67
@MarkN67 7 месяцев назад
@@FlyCampCaravanNorthWales thank you for the detailed reply. It looks like to have a great match between the A3 and Basecamp. The smaller boot doesn’t really matter as you can either fold a rear seat or put bits in the Basecamp. I hope you keep enjoying both and producing your wonderful vlogs. 👍
