Basecamp: Quick tour of Project Templates 

Hi Jason,

We found basecamp much more powerful after we loosened our definition of a project. A specific group of people focused on a specific goal. Now we create a lot more projects, and it’s easy to merge things back together if we get too granular.

This is awesome. I didn’t realise what the template feature did… the new starter idea is a great example to show. Got all kinds of ideas going on my head! Keep these videos coming! 🙌🏼

Very helpful! Can you also make a tutorial on how to share a template to the whole company? like they can edit it and interact with everything inside the template. I tried to share it with my co-worker and when she opened it, it looks like a word document and she can't check the checkbox or do anything in it. Thank you so much and God speed!

Good explaination and example scenario Jason.

Jason, is there an option, or will there ever be, to create a project from a template with a set number of people already on the project? In other words, can we save the template with some specific people already in it, so that when a project is made from that template, those people are already on the project, saving us adding them manually each time?

This may be a stupid question....but how do you get the "Team" and "HQ" tags on your projects?

Can you make a to-do list in a current project a template? Or do you need to start all over again and input all over

I don't see template and don't see HQ and Team options either.
