While I do agree with you, the problem is, calling them fat and ugly is doing nothing to bring change or help the children. Anyone who says otherwise is a hurt person and kidding themselves. I'm sure there is a longer video but going about it the way he is, will divide the people more and further hinder the future generations.
@@Brettness Telling the truth will get some people to change. Better to know than not know and end up 40 and alone. Look at how NYC is accepting retail theft and not punishing it. Shop lifting is out of control while in other areas of the US, we don't have a shop lifting problem.

The only speech not protected by the first amendment is speech which has a false call to action, like yelling fire when there isn’t any. So calling a bunch of fat ugly women fat and ugly is in fact protected
The 1st amendment is a restriction on what congress can do, not an allowance or protection on what you can do. It doesnt grant you free speech and it doesnt protect it from anyone other than congress, and only from their law-passing. Your congressman can punch you in the face everytime you speak and that wouldnt violate the 1st, becasue punching you in the face isnt passing a law. Your state govenor could pass a law banning speech and that isnt a violation of the 1st either, because they arent congress.
It's also when speech infringes on the rights of others. As in, you probably shouldn't say "all black ppl should be slaves again", or "take away voting rights for women", or "white men must be enslaved". Things like that. They may be opinions. But they are also attempting to infringe on the rights of others.
And it's the right of everyone else in the room to react negatively to a man who came to a school board specifically to insult everyone except himself.

@@memyselfandi4940 no I go to the school she helped found and this is true I am not dumb I have been in the newspaper too multiple times and I have seen her on the news and newspaper the reason why I have been in the news paper is because sometimes she helps write them she is the best mom I could ever ask for she has given a lot of teacher awards my whole family is even on Google because of my sister she had a service dog fundraiser so we got to get on Google for that
He didn't torch a thing! All he did was insult them and attack him when he was given a platform to speak. He did use free speech, but not in a way that it would be valuable to anyone. However, this doesn't look like the whole video, but I saw no a statement that had any logical argument to support these claims of why he was upset. All he did was call people names and ruined his own reputation. It doesn't matter if they were Woke or not. Nobody gained anything from this interaction
