Good interview, glad to hear the explanation behind the recent cash raise (it makes sense after hearing the explanation). James is right, this is an exploration company and that takes money. Drill.or.die. Keep going Baselode team, find us a yellow whale. If we hit a fantastic deposit no one will give a sh*t about flow through shares or surprise cash raises.
More or less every stock in the sector has a disappointing performance. I don't expect this will change this year, but in the future. Baselode like any other explorer needs time. I own a small position in the company (and some equal small positions in some other explorers, but ATHA) and my time horizon was and still is around 2026.
I thought these guys found low grade shallow uranium? was that a different site than he's talking about in this video? I know he has a number of drill sites that he's working on. If you answer this question please thumbs up so notification shows. Thanks
They found uranium on their Hook site. They're following up with a lot of new drilling in summer 2024 to work toward establishing the resource at Hook. The other site they are exploring is Catharsis. They haven't shown a uranium result at Catharsis yet, but they found precursor conditions. They're doing more drilling there also in summer 2024.
You can't just say it's lagging other urainium companies. This is an explorer. You can't compare it to developers or producers. It's on par with the performance of many explorers. If you understand the order in which things run in a bull market, explorers are last.
