I'm excited to see how that toilet works. I assume it can't use gravity since it's in the basement. Looking forward to seeing more of this project.

At 3:09 you mention wiring a 20AMP circuit - the Romex appears to be 14/2 (White) which is rated for 15AMP circuits.

Can you show how to add another DB box but this is going to be for exterior lighting. The way i wired my lights i am using the wall sockets . this is not very neat. Great video . Always enjoy watching

You don't give any specifics, but it sounds like the way you are doing it could be illegal and/or a fire hazard.

20 AMP circuit with 14/2 wire? Not recommended. Use 12/2 wire.

Just be aware that doing things like this yourself may cause issues if you sell your house and they are done without a permit. Also, I have a friend who has a house at the bottom of a hill and he has a sewage pump that pushes everything up to street level and he says the pump goes out about every 5 years. This is a much shorter distance and much less sewage that will be being pushed around than he has, so you won't likely have that problem, but I thought I'd just throw that out there.

Buff Dad, do you know any good resources for amateurs to learn basic and applicable electrical work? As a young DIY'er I'm often afraid to deal with wires and just think "leave it to the professionals".

+Victor Kang what helped me a lot was a book on wiring basics and now of course with the access we have via online sources you can learn practically anything. Whatever is easier for you but I still think the book is a good way to go. Remember to always turn the power off learned the hard way that's a must.
