Complete DIY on how to make your own bash bar for the Gt86/FRS/BRZ.
Materials purchased:
-18 feet of 1.5inch DOM .120wall
-1/4inch plate steel 8inch x 24inch
I had plenty of left overs of each. The cost for the steel was $156 at the time of this video.
Most common shop tools can complete this job. If your not comfortable with welding up a job this big, simply clean all steel at the joints, bevel a nice 45degree edge for contact surface and tac the material into place and send off to a professional

Don’t know if you’ll see this but how much pipe should you need minimum, I plan to get more than needed but haven’t gotten all my measurments

On the hunt for another cheap Vstar or Vulcan to do a single backbone/carb conversion Also have a ‘80c30 that’s rough but thinking rat rod. Narrow the body, Z the frame… haven’t seen a late model squarebody narrowed before
