I love this. I’ve been listening to Bashar since 2013, but haven’t really implemented his teachings in my life yet, due to lack of belief and confusion, do you feel like you’ve mastered this lifestyle? Is your life an effortless joyful experience most of the time?
i sometimes toggle between telling people about this stuff or just doing my thing. For instance telling SP about this sort of practice or even mentioning people such as Bashar, or telling my best friends, etc. Sometimes i mention it to my best friend, but it seems like she forgets about it later on 😅. Maybe just doing my own thing is a concept i need to fully embrace?
so if I listen to music on my walks because I am very passionate about walking with music. I go to another place in my head and body and I'm very happy. Is that considered the flow state? I do get the urge to do this at work and walk around our parking lot sporadically during the day.
