BASHH UK HIV PEP guideline 2021 #3 (scenarios) 

These symptoms could be related to std…but also could be related to a urine infection. Both are easy to diagnose in men with a simple urine test.

@@krisha58 my friend dtarter PEP late at 90 hrs. He completed a 28 days doses and did SD Bioline test after PEP and again did the same test 7 days post PEP both result are negative, but he feel some joint pain, diarrhea when he go to poo and headache. What are the chances that he may survive the infection
