सर नमस्कार सर आपकी वीडियो देखने का अवसर बहुत विलंब से मिला। आपकी यह वीडियो बहुत ज्ञानवर्धक एवं सटीक जानकारी देने वाली है। सर, मैंने एक प्राइवेट स्कूल में 2007 में काम करना शुरू किया था। उस स्कूल में अभी I 7 cpc के अनुसार वेतन मिल रहा है। 2019 में मुझे पहली macp एरियर के साथ मिली, परंतु अब मैनेजमेंट कह रहा है कि प्राइवेट संस्थाओं के लिए यह मैंडेटरी नहीं है और बाकी सभी कर्मचारियों की जिनकी mecp due है उनको macp देने से मना कर दिया है। DoE से Recognised प्राइवेट school में काम करने वाले कर्मचारियों के लिए macp किस प्रकार एक अधिकार है। कृपया स्पष्ट करें।

I GOT 1st MACP during 2009, next i got promotion in december 2016 and level changed from 5 to 6 (2800 to 4200 GP). I did not get any increment but my pay was fixed in level 6. 44100 which i was drawing was fixed to 44900 in level 6. My question is whether i am eligible for exercising pay fixation option i.e can i choose from the next date of increment?

सर मैं पोस्ट ऑफिस में pa पर 2010 में भर्ती हुआ था और 2020 में macp मिल गई अब 2021 में मेरा प्रमोशन lsg pa पर हुआ है लेकिन फाइनेंसियल लाभ नहीं हो रहा है और ट्रांसफर भी बाहर हो रहा हे अगर में मना करता हु तो कितनी बार में decline कर सकता हु और यदि मैं 2025 में अगली बार में lsg लेता हु बिना कोई फाइनेंसियल upgradation के। तो मेरे 2nd macp 2030 में लगेगा या 2035 में। Please answar

Sir, I am an ex-serviceman, joined NFRly as ALP on 06.01.2005(DOA)excluding the trg period without any pay protection (Rs5300/-as per LPC) and de-catagori- sed due to an accident while working a train without any hod benifit and absorbed as Jr.TPO in the same grade pay i.g. 1900/-wefDec'2008, after 11 yrs of total service promote -d to SrTPO, wef 01.07.2016 and to CTPO,wef 01.01.2019 and superannuatted wef 31.12.22, Now my quarry is why I was not eligible for MACP during this long period of 11yrs? Again now my pension, gratuity, leave encashment calculated less as per my last emoluments, my Basic pay wasRs53600, pensionandPaidRS26000/- where and how can I place grievances kindly guide me please.

Sir please answer: my MACP date is 24Apr23. Incriment date is 01Julu23. If appointed in other department same as central govt civilian employee before MACP date. Then I can get MACP and Incriment both or Only MACP. Because if i am not appoints in other, i will get MACP & Incriment in old establiahment.

Sir I have one query regarding Seniority promotion that is, I have promoted as per seniority list from Goods Guard to Sr. Goods Guard from GP-2800 to 4200 during HOD period. After leg amputation (Medically Decategorised),I have joined as a Sr.Clerk (GP-2800).Sir, I also paid salary during HOD period as GP-4200. Though Goods Guard and Sr.Goods Guard are same category of post,there are no extra responsibility and I was not able to join the duty as I was under treatment. Is this justified to me? Sir I will be waiting for your valuable remarks.

Sir, If any staff come from a division to another division on bottom seniority. But he has not got any promotion in last ten years in previous division and not in present division. Then when he will get his MACP. When his MACP will be due.

Sir my MACP is due on April 2021 1900 to 2000gp pay fixation will be fixed. Now I am promoted on seniority basis LDC to UDC in 2400gp from 23-December-2022. But my annual increment is stop due to not passing typing test. From July 2022 I am passing typing test and increment is reset. Now how my MACP is calculated? It's calculated from April 2021 or July 2022? How my MACP arrear calculated? From April 2021 or July 2022? And can I get LDC to UDC benefit 2000 to 2400gp after my MACP?
