आज तारीख 04 मार्च 2008 सरजी क्या ये नियम तीनों सेनाओं पर भी लागू है क्या अगर है तो कबसे और कितने गैप पर है। ACP Ii मिलने की कोई वैल्यू है या नहीं। कोई फौजी 2008 जून में रिटायर्ड हुआ है तो क्या उसको फायदा मिलेगा क्या?

Sir please answer: my MACP date is 24Apr23. Incriment date is 01Julu23. If appointed in other department same as central govt civilian employee before MACP date. Then I can get MACP and Incriment both or Only MACP. Because if i am not appoints in other, i will get MACP & Incriment in old establiahment.

एक कार्मिक की प्रथम जोइनिंग 01.07.1998 वरिष्ठ अध्यापक लेवल-11 के पद पर की है। प्रथम एसीपी 01.07.2008 पद वरिष्ठ अध्यापक लेवल-12 है। द्वितीय एसीपी 01.07.2017 वरिष्ठ अध्यापक लेवल-13, मूलवेतन-69200 है। और 01.04.2020 की आधार तिथि पर वरिष्ठ अध्यापक से व्याख्याता पद पर पदोन्नति मे लेवल-13 है। दिनांक 01.04.2023 को कार्मिक लेवल-13 मे 80200 वेतन प्राप्त कर रहा है। इनकी एमएसीपी पर वेतन निर्धारण पर मार्गदर्शन करने की कृपा करें।
You are awre that the Parliamentary Committee has already advised for taking up the matter of MACP Scheme w e f 1-1-06 in r/o the persons retired in August 2008. Except these persons Govt already ordered 3 AC P-10,20, 30 years of service as per 6th pay commission.Shri Gopal Misra Association leader has taken up the matter with D o P&T for obtaining necessary orders from the Govt based on Supreme Court and Delhi High court.orders and further Parliamentary Commity also recommended for granting the same.What is the status of the matter?We shall be grateful.

3rd macp was due in 2018 from table 11 to table 12, but order issued on 6/6/2022 macp given 25 /3/2022 . But retired on 29 Feb 20. Given excuses that your benchmark were not very good.
सर नमस्कार सर मेरी नियुक्ति 22.4.1989 को परिचालक पद पर हुई थी दूसरा एसीपी 2013 में लगा 2016 में एलडीसी हो गया और 2020 में यूडीसी हो गया 11 November 2016 ko Mera 4200 grade Laga उसके बाद 11 नवंबर 2020 को 164 के तहत उत्तराखंड शासन की आपत्ति आई जिसमें मेरा एसीपी काट दिया मूल वेतन भी कम कर दिया इस ईपी 28 सो कर दिया और यह कह दिया है कि तुम्हारे ऊपर पर परिचालक पीरियड के दंड है सर उत्तराखंड के सारे कर्मचारी इस वजह से परेशान है

यदि प्रथम नियुक्ति 1974 में हुई । 1984 में पहली पद प्रोन्नति हुई । दूसरी एसीपी 1999 में मिली और दूसरी पद प्रोन्नति 2007 में हुई । इसके बाद 1.9.08 में या कब तीसरी एमएसीपी मिलेगी या नहीं ?
जनाब, 1991 में चौथे वेतन आयोग में नियुक्ति व 2003 में पांचवां वेतन आयोग के समय तो पे स्केल होते थे। न कि grade pay/pay band अंत मेरे विचार से इस कर्मचारी का वेतन 1-1-1996 में संशोधित करके 2003 में प्रथम ए सी पी मिली होगी और 1-1-2006 को छठे वेतन आयोग की रिपोर्ट अनुसार के वेतन फिक्स करके फिर दूसरी एम ए सी पी मिलनी चाहिए।

Sir my MACP is due on April 2021 1900 to 2000gp pay fixation will be fixed. Now I am promoted on seniority basis LDC to UDC in 2400gp from 23-December-2022. But my annual increment is stop due to not passing typing test. From July 2022 I am passing typing test and increment is reset. Now how my MACP is calculated? It's calculated from April 2021 or July 2022? How my MACP arrear calculated? From April 2021 or July 2022? And can I get LDC to UDC benefit 2000 to 2400gp after my MACP?
