Basic Sonographic Anatomy of the Liver 

The objective of this talk is to discuss the normal ultrasound anatomy of the liver.
By the end of this lecture, you will be familiar with grayscale characteristics of the liver, vascular supply of the liver, and how to differentiate between portal veins and hepatic veins.
you will learn the segmental (Couinaud) anatomy of the liver, as well as threshold measurements for the liver.
