The only thing is he didn’t pause enough between thoughts. It’s not a long pause. And sometimes when he’s on a continuous stream of info he doesn’t pause (like in this video), but usually before he says something like “but what if…”, there’s a pause so the viewer can process the preceding idea. Other than that, spot-on.

yeah, the bit about Tom not loving being impersonated is pretty true I think. So if he did see this (it would be a small miracle if he wasnt at least aware of it by now), he's probably not overenthusiastic about its existence :p Although I believe he did comment on the Captain Disillusion video where he impersonated Tom (and several other youtubers)

If someone takes a day or two longer than usual to post a new video, you often get a lot of people asking for a new video. From the creator's perspective, those are people who are feeling entitled to content, especially when there are lots coming in from all over different social platforms, which won't help the pressure they're probably putting on themselves to release a new video. As a result, anyone complaining about any creator having not uploaded in a while, whether I know of the creator or not, often reeks of that entitlement that some people feel from people they watch.
