Sifu Keith, or anyone who may be able to enlighten me on what you possibly know of why some wing chun like Grand Master Cheung’s that you practice hardly emphasize if at all the “internal” state that’s said to maximize your life force(chi) so you don’t really use muscle strength or tension etc etc, but others only stress that as being the” highest” level achieved in the art? Do you know if there’s a difference besides the way one practice’s wing chun to achieve this so called highest state, have you obtained this state? Thanks for your time.✌️🤲☝️
Hi Thank You For your question. Everyone trains their Wing Chun a little differently. As far as the internal aspect we do spend a lot of time developing our internal power I will be putting out videos on this shortly.
