The thymus is the site of T-cell maturation in children but it should not be ignored in adults as useless. Thymoma, cancer of the thymus, is quite rare. It’s treatment is to remove the thymus. There isn’t much known of the effects of the removal because of its rarity but it has shown a link to diabetes. My brother is one who immediately after removal of his thymus became Type 1 Diabetic. He had no history of diabetes not even considered pre-diabetic. There have been a few others like him after the removal of their thymus. We need more study into the function of the thymus in adulthood. I myself have lymphoma and really appreciate learning about the lymphatic system and the role of the lymph nodes. Thank you.

Very interesting. I lost my sister to this cancer in 1994. She was only 31 when she passed, she didn't have the treatment you speak of and lived for a year and a half after diagnosis. Doctors think it may have began in childhood.

@@MegaTruthseeker I’m so sorry you lost your sister to cancer. Cancer has loved my family. My oldest brother is a survivor of oral cancer, next brother thymoma survivor, older sister survivor of early melanoma, my youngest sister died of melanoma at 38 and my father died from melanoma at 74. Cancer has no mercy.

You have the best teacher I have found thus far, explaining the lymphatic system, but can you take it further Kevin and do a video of the Upper and Lower Lymphatic Extremity Drainage System, as well as a video on the lymph nodes. I need this super bad. LOL! Your visuals and how you explain is the BEST! THANK YOU!!!

Thank you for your prepared charts and explanations. One of the 1st thing's I learned once I started in Natural Health & was having major health issues was to: Every morning tap on the Thymus Gland to release good healthy T-Cells by someone that was still in the medical field but had also become with multiple different kinds of Certifications in Natural Health. On that note, if I understood you correctly I don't totally agree with you that it's more important to infants, children rather than adult's (???) The other incredible fact the Thymus Gland does (by tapping it daily.) Preferably in the morning vrs night because tapping Thymus also stimulates a little energy & helps the Polarity flow correctly! Should you wear a wrist watch on the left arm then it prevents the Polarity to flow properly (in the direction it's suppose to.) Have a wonderful evening Everyone.

Hello sir, thanks a lot it was enjoyable yet effective and full of details type of learning, I had a question - What is difference between maturation and production , like thymus mature t-cells which are type of wbc, but wbc are produced in RBM? - If so.. t-cells are produced in RBM. But matured in THYMUS?

Thanks for the vids man (crying face) i like the description of anatomy so much more here, it's more practicaly. I have frequent swelling above my left collarbone, left neck and under the ear that is now spreading along my left head and down my shoulder and left arm. I manage it through water and exercise, and am working to fix my diet (more greens), but man I've been to so many doctors and they all just don't help and don't understand how much it affects me. Maintaining it takes a lot of energy out of me. Please please please let me know if you have advice. Thank you.

Please, consider getting rid of seed oils.Stick to coconut, olive, and avocado oil- or butter and animal fats. The omega 6 laden seed oils tax our systems. I’ve seen improvements with that step, eliminating grains (and the glyphosate they spray grains with) and increasing protein. Wish you the best of luck.

Are the lymphatic capillaries connected with the Spleen ? does the lymph flow through the spleen ? for which purpose ? Or is the spleen a vast entrepot or a congress center for lymphocytes ,informing them about the presence of antigens.Or is the spleen only the organ where lymphocytes ( ¿ and monocytes?) reproduce and are educated e.g. to. attack foreing- marked invasors and ignore autoantigens ? The spleen, the principal center of immune cells, pertaining to the anatomy of the immune system should have been mentioned in Your brillant presentation.

You might want to update based on the new research the has shown the venous system does NOT pick up the excess fluid, etc, in the interstitial space. It's all the Lymphatic system! klosetraining.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/Mortimer-and-Rockson.pdf
