She definitely meant F. If you look @5:50 you can see 203C

Lol, let's just say that parchemntpaper burst into flame the second this cake entered the oven at 420C 😅 but the recipe does say 420C/788°F for a dark, deeply caramelised result, so perhaps I'm just using inferior paper, or it touched the sides of my arc.
