Why he doesn't have his Kemper in a rack case of some kind, surprises me. Maybe I've just seen/had too bad experiences with such a situation.

So...No cabinet needed?..I'm looking to get rid of my cabs. We are IEM so - and our 2 guitar players are using the OX Box and HeadRush...

Hey, Tracy! That is correct. When you are using the Kemper Profiling head, you do not need to connect to a cabinet whatsoever. What everyone fails to mention is that you need a pretty big PA to handle bass & monitor ?in ear support So not really practical for club/pub bands .
