At 19 ft 6 inches, the Classic is a big 19 foot boat. The front deck fishes like a 20 ft boat. For reference to speed real world numbers are like this. With full load of tackle and rods (20 rods, all compartments stuffed with tackle), full tank of fuel, 4 batteries, dual power pole blades the best I've seen is 70.5 at 93 degrees air, 87 degree water temp. For a 19 footer that is moving.
I hated Bass Cat until a couple years ago when I got in one. Now it’s the top of my list for my next boat. I’ve been going back and forth with the Pantera II and the classic. Classic is winning for me at the moment. Good video John.
Researched a lot of boats before I bought my classic last year. It was the most boat I could fit in my garage. The BCB swing away tongue gives you almost another foot compared to other 19’ brands.
Love the layout, only thing stopping me is the fuel tank, only 30 gallons in a tournament boat! My 17ft Bass Tracker has almost the same size tank and we burn through most of it running the Delta. A 10 gallon addition would make a huge difference, but I haven't seen that option on the Classic, just the P2.
John I wanted to be a bass cat guy soo bad. I needed a 19 footer to fit in my garage. The caracal was too expensive. The P2 was too narrow for me, and the classic gave up too many features for me. I wasn't a fan of the livewell system,.or the white top cap. I ended up going phoenix 819, which gave me better options at a similar price. I still wish I was in a bass cat
I seen a Pantera Classic at Sherm's Marina that the fit and finish wasnt the best. The back storage lid rubbed the passenger seat! I would have bought it if it wasnt for that
I want any basscat doesn’t even matter the model to me they make the best boat out of all the major brands but working almost 50 hours a week raising a 2 and 4 year by myself private school costs coming up and trying to buy a house it’s not a smart choice for me to buy a boat right now
on paper it is narrow at 90" most bigger boats have a taper that makes them actually more narrow than this. The deck on the classic is larger than most 20'ers.
