Chubs can work great! We’ve ended up catching catfish on them too! I make a lot of videos over on my channel too! I’ve been on a lot of big smallmouth this year too
The main reason I RU-vidd this video is cause when I was a kid we had these three massive oscars two red oscars and one albino and we used to feed um minnows from a bait shop we lived down the road from well one day we came home with a bucket of minnows our mom used to send us to the store to get um we loved it. We brought home a pale of minnows in this 50 gallon bucket we keep them in and it had one of those in there! I was so stoked. and when we feed um we usually only put about a dozen a time. well we put it in with the very last batch and we kept it stocked. Fifty five gallon aquarium this thing was huge well one day on my way to soccer practice I noticed all the minnows in the tank had been eaten so I thought nothing of it till I heard something hit the top glass of the aquarium I turned around and the white sucker was still in there! it was the very last fish to have made it out of all the minnows we had and all three of the oscars were hunting it well I got home later that night after practice and noticed it wasn't in there. So they ate it while I was away and never got to see it I was so bummed out now I'm searching all of RU-vid for a fish video that might feature white sucker being fed to a large cichlid or bass but haven't had any luck. leave a comment if you got any recommendations or if you see a video that might have something of that nature cause ever since that day I've always wanted to see it.
