Gotta rep the sponsors and give a shout out to those who support you. One of your best qualities is giving credit where credit is due. Humble and a hell of a fisherman.
Hey man. If you know of anyone in the healthcare industry that needs those shields where they’re working, have them hit me up. We’re selling them at a super discounted rate to try doing our part in helping fight the virus. The hospitals, doctors offices, nursing homes, etc. can’t get them fast enough here in Indiana. We’re here to help anywhere we can!!
Who is the person who dropped the 👎.... im startn a lynchmob for their head... Kyle is a great fisherman and great fishn instructor for us comman folk or weekend warriors or just plain fun fisherman... keep the great vids coming KWfishn!!!!
The jig is my bread & butter...almost to a fault. I fell head over heels in love with them a couple months after I started bass fishing, and I always have one tied on. Honestly, that’s just how I like to catch ’em. Stellar vid as always,my friend!
Thanks Kyle. I can't wait for you to get back to the elite series. I do have one question. I just started really throwing a swim jig this spring and I'm killing them in dead grass beds on the bank. A small 3.3 keitech on the back of a white swim jig has been my best trailer. I didn't hear you mention anything about a swimbait trailer on a swim jig. Is there a reason you don't or is it just preference. The only possible downside I've seen so far is short strikes and maybe I could use a trailer that allows the hook to be a little closer to the tail of the trailer. Once again I wanna thank you for doing these videos. I like and watch a few fishing RU-vidrs but when it comes to learning the how, where, why of fishing I'm coming to a professional fishermans channel such as yours. I'm not gonna lie man, I'm a grown ass man with grown ass responsibilities and I shed a tear or 2 when I saw your video on Hunter's reaction to that 10lber. That tournament assured me that I am rooting for the right guy✌️
Kyle, I normally am fishing less than 5 ft deep. I use 1/4 and 3/8 oz unless lots of wind, use a 1/2. Do you think I should use the 1/2 all the time? I know you can cover more water more efficiently with the heavier ones but I'm only pleasure fishing. Stopped tournaments 15 years ago. Sure would appreciate your opinion.
Great video. I fish on Guntersville and one thing I do that I don't see many people do in the prespawn is swim a jig around Lilly pad stems. That is a great way to catch a giant.
You were in front of my lake house today and caught 5 fish and it is a really big house and my aunt was out there and there was a red boat in the water tied up on the other side of the slough 4-14-20!!!!! But what were you fishing with on 4 -14-20 bc I haven’t got a fish yet so if you could reply back plz!!
I have to make myself throw baits other than a jig.. don't know why but I just feel I can get it done flipoin, dragging or swimming a jig 99% of tha time!
@Kyle Welcher Next time u do a video like this can u list the names of the baits that u are using please. As always awesome video brother. Can't wait to see you back on the Tourney grind.
Gained confidence in a swim jig last year and I always have one on my deck now! Learned the Alabama shake from you but now you see a lot of others posting about it. Great content!
Kyle...great jig video describing your jig fishing system (jig, trailer, line, rod) !!! Please do the same for other lures/rigs: shallow crankbaits, deep crankbaits, lipless crankbaits, spinnerbaits, vibrating jigs, worms, frog, etc!!! Stay safe & wishing great success!!!
Awesome I been watching you for some time now following you and when I think of you catching big Bass it is either a frog or jig (swim jig) keep up the good work
This may be the best video You have ever done. The truth at Kyle Welcher talk speed. To end this with the face shield link was awesome. Keep being You its working.#justdontsuck.
Great video!! Jig is just a tool for me to find the correct depth and speed. Some time other tools work better. Deeper and or faster or slower. Thank you again. Yesterday I had to go super shallow and fast on top. Jig won't do in that method.
Hey I know you love throwing jigs and I realized that the jigs you use has a rubber band to hold the skirt on the jig I have a guy that make amazing jigs. He custom makes them and he uses a copper wire to hold the skirt on the jig he sponsors me and Hunter Freeman you can find him on instagram and face book at Bryantscustumjigs
great video. Love the instruction- got me a supply of those herrin (sp) jigs and net baits for the Altoona Reservoir. You mentioned that you use shamino, are they the ones with the microchip in them
Hey Kyle love your videos. This has some great info. When do you think the flipping bite at whatts bar will get really good. The water temp is around 63 on average. And if you have any free time I'm out of school for a while so if you ever want to fish watts bar let me know and I will go with you. It would mean everything to me if I got to fish with you. Your like a role model to me. Thanks have a good day
