@@stevekonbass Doing great too. I did some work there the other day with my chainsaw. It felt good to get out there and sweat. It has been so warm here lately but that can be a good thing for some projects I suppose. I prefer the cooler weather though. We are considering buying a new double wide manufactured home but having a large payment every month is kind of daunting. I have been doing my research on how I can turn a little profit (livestock, gardening,etc). Just trying to figure out what I need to do. Seems like I am still a million miles away from what I envisioned. They are crowding us out where we are currently, This past two weeks they have moved two more singlewides up next to us and now when I look out my kitchen window all is see is the side of another trailer. I hope to get something done pretty soon, but things have been really slow with this process. Any words of wisdom? I’m an open book here. Lol

Yeah it looked warm in that last video you did. Words of wisdom?Hmm... let me think... well, I can tell ya there's nothing like a "new" home. Ya get it exactly as you want it. The house we built in PA was great, but dealing with the builder and getting things done was a nightmare. It was an 1800 square foot bi-level and it took them over a year to get it done. It's probably the same with the double wide manufacturers. They'll be nicey nice until you sign and then they'll go at their own pace. It might be worth researching used manufactured homes. Then you can see exactly what you're buying and check the workmanship. Then you can negotiate the price with the seller. You can probably get a used one half the price of a new one. Just have all your bases covered before you do anything.

I use the Boss CEB-3 Bass Chorus, but for this video I just used the chorus effect in the Zoom R-16 recorder.

My advice for creating chord changes and writing music is simple... use the KIS method (Keep It Simple). If it sounds good and feels good, go with it. It's simple as that. Theory is great to know, very useful, but it is still "theory". Laws of theory are broken all the time in popular music. Experiment and create. With music, there are no boundaries.
