That happened to me. Remove it from the list. Make sure they are fully charged - 3 hours and then redo the steps like it is the first time install. Make sure all of your other devices has bluetooth turned off

Check contact points. Return them because they might be defective.

Mine were a bit charged out of the box. You should be able to get a full charge after 2 hours. Please re-watch my video to read the instruction manual. It should have some information about charging times in it. Otherwise if it’s not working after a few hours of charging then perhaps you have a defective pair and you need to return them for a different pair.

As long as they fully charge, it’s fine.

Disconnect Bluetooth. Try the steps again. If it still doesn’t work then it might be a defective pair.

Can you try prying it open with a knife or something small? If it won’t open, just take it back to Five Below and get another pair.

Try turning off Bluetooth on your device, restarting your device, then connect Bluetooth again.

I just can't do it. It won't work no matter what i do and I don't want to keep bothering my dad to get me some because he has a busy life

It's just slowly blinking red and I checked and it says it's fully charged BUT NOTHING WORKS

The red White and blue blinking lights should be pairing mode. Please re-watch the video and pause where the instruction sheet is and read some of the information. Just to be sure, let the ear buds in the case charge for a minimum of two hours. I’m not sure how you would know when it is fully charged other than keeping up with the time that you started charging them. This process should work on android as well. As long as it has Bluetooth which all smart devices have Bluetooth at this point.

Unfortunately, issues are common with this brand of earbuds so you might have to return them for a different pair.

Light seems to stay on. Charge for 3 hours.

I’m not exactly sure. Might be a defective case. You probably should return them for a different pair. They would gladly swap them out.

Unfortunately there is no lost mode to my knowledge. I guess you can just play music from your device really, really loud. Take the other one and put it in a separate room and try looking for the lost one that way. I have no other suggestions outside of that. 🤷🏿‍♀️

Remove the plastic and see if they are making contact with the charging points. If not they might be defective and you can get a refund to buy another pair.

Is it keeping a charge when you wear them?

Try changing the case perhaps.

Try turning off Bluetooth, restart your device, then try to pair them again.

Glad it worked! Not sure why the other earbud is not charging. Just make sure that the bud is firmly placed in the case on the contact points. If it keeps giving you trouble, then try returning them and getting another pair.

Make sure the earbud is making contact with the charging points in the case. If the problem persists, return them for a new pair.

also, when i charge it and i connect it to my device, it gives me a percentage. It says 100%, then it goes quickly to 90%

They were not great sound wise at all. To be expected for an $8 pair though. 😁

Check the contact points for the earbuds and the case. Turn Bluetooth off and restart your phone. Turn it all back on. See if that helps!

Okayy tonez Had the same issue just solved it by rubbing sandpaper and a wire brush I got from dollar tree on the connectors of earbuds and the inside of the box.
