Headed out to Lake Berryessa for the first Kayak Bass Trail fishing event of the year! This was also my first big KBF event. Had a rough trip getting here but it was well worth it! Ended up catching this big girl pre fishing!

Lake Berryessa is awesome. While you're still in NorCal, you should check out Clear Lake. About 1.5 hours further north.

Great video! If you need a recommendation..I just got a new net, ego s2 slider. Extends out, floats, big net with rubber netting instead of rope. I am loving it so far. Great fish man!

I fished that spot all last year....never caught anything like that! Caught a nice sized trout with my son, but damn! This years higher water levels have definitely changed the scenery. good job bud.

Well Done! that is one of the biggest I have seen from Berryessa! Utah BTW is beautiful! Fished the Provo for Browns and it's more scenic than Berryessa IMO.

1hr south and all the water is chocolate milk from the flood. That water looks good this time of year. Lake Sonoma was dirty dirty and flooded to the max.

Awesome man! That should have easily been a double digit! My nephew pulled a 24.25 out of there the week before that was a football and it was 10pounds 12oz. Yours was much skinnier but crazy long and huge. Wish it had a few more OZ on there for you but a fish you will never forget!

I’ve done that but the battery doesn’t last long enough. So I keep a charge pack in the big pocket and the remote in the small one.

Not sure what your asking. Catch and release doesn’t require much management. Pressure just makes them tight lipped.
