Day 1 didn't go as planned but neither did the 2 hour fog delay we had, so I was ready for day 2. Lots go through your head at night after an event and I really tried to grasp what I needed to do different to have a chance to do better. I knew that the one bite I had that didn't connect hurt me but I wasn't going to have it come down to a bite so I decided to change it up. Luckily for me one small change that I tried payed off instantly so I decided to run that as long as I could.

You made the right adjustments despite a co-angler constantly fishing over your shoulder. Sounds like the guy was a nice dude but a lot of guys don't understand how that can throw a guy off mentally and not allow you to fish the way you want to. Good job Todd

I love how old school you fish. Fish comes off, not a word. Break off, catch a short, silent. Lol. Straight business mindset on the water.

After just fishing Guntersville for 5 days it's nice to see someone get more than 3 cranks out of a whopper plopper without eel grass fouling it up...

After a while, I get annoyed with the co angler commenting constantly. Just me. I enjoyed your video, you found some nice steep bluff banks and had a good dock pattern going also.

That is definitely a spot thing . Bad about grabbing the plastic trailer. Even on shortened jigs . Ned rig is really good with a skirt off a twin ail spidercraw

I think the spots on smith actually follow the bait while it's in the air, because I can't tell you how many big ones I've caught there that crush it as it hits the water. Not a second after but as it is touching water.
