I don't think Tim's in the DCAU movies unfortunately. They sorta skipped straight to Damian. Under the Red Hood, Gotham by Gaslight, and Return of the Joker take place in a different timelines. [SPOILER] The Death in the Family interactive movie has an alternate ending with Tim, but I'm not sure how canon that is. Other than that, I'm pretty sure he hasn't been in any of the animated movies. Source: I've seen the movies multiple times.
