This is a good choice if you don’t have an oven but still want bread! INGREDIENTS
300ml of warm water;
300ml of warm milk;
1 tbsp of sugar;
7g of dry yeast;
840g of flour 00;
1 tsp of salt;
70g of butter, melted
Parsley
METHOD
Add the milk, water, sugar, dry yeast, and mix. Add the flour, salt and stir well. Let the dough rise for 2 hours.
Work the dough with more flour and divide it into 10 balls. Roll them out with a rolling pin and cook them in a pan until they swell.
Brush the melted butter with parsley on the bread to flavor it.
