I do worry about the environment. All the plastic going to the landfills. I have an appreciation for B&BW for thier effort.

I really like the reusable glass bottles. Because I think that they look nice on the countertops and what I love about them is that you can refill them with soaps that may not be corresponding with the season. So if I really love the smell of a Christmas soap, I can use it in my reusable glass container without having a Christmas themed bottle sitting on my counter. It's really great because then you can buy clearance soap and use them in a neutral container in any season. Because of that I think that they are a great deal. I haven't had any problem with mine getting gross.

I love these glass bottles. I think they look more elegant on bathroom and kitchen counters then plastic, single-use containers. Getting them on sale just sweetens the deal. I understand wanting a variety of soap fragrances. I am happy they are bringing out new refills for fall! 🍁 Another reason I switched to these beautiful glass containers is because I couldn’t justify throwing away so many empty plastic containers (my area doesn’t recycle them).

I love the glass dispensers. Mine don't have the rubber sticky thing on the bottom. I throw it in the dishwasher to clean it and rinse the pump. I don't only use the cartons with the dispenser I use them with the regular foaming soaps too.

I’m not a fan of the refillable soaps. I’m waiting on ALL the fall fragrance soaps for $2.95.

For someone who isn't bothered about the aesthetic of the room, they can simply reuse the disposable bottle instead of buying the glass ones.. from an economical stand point the box soap is cheaper

I get tired of scents, I wouldn’t buy the refill.

I'm glad you told us about the refillable bottles. Since they added Cozy Vanilla Almond, was thinking about refillable, but not now, lol. The way you break it down, it doesn't sound worth it. I'd definitely be a spiller 😆

I like the soap refills & wish they made more scents. I never bought one of the glass dispensers, I just saved a couple of the plastic bottles that I liked and bought two of the foaming soap holders when they were on clearance for a few dollars to give it a fancier look. I also tend to buy the refills during big sales or use rewards to get them, so overall it’s a huge savings for me. I have none of the issues that you were talking about with the dispensers needing to be soaked/cleaned or with spillage with reusing the plastic bottles. I still buy some new bottles (looking at you Bridgerton!), but storing the refill cartons takes up less space.

I got everyone a refill for Christmas and we just refill the plastic singles. Good for the kitchen lemon in my opinion because that’s always in use at the kitchen sink. My main problem is not having space to store the cartons and I do want scents that they don’t have. I’d rather see pouches of single use refills similar to what the laundry soap samples came in, instead of these cartons.

I scored these glass bottles around Christmas with the buy 3 get 3 and added 20% off, so a great deal for me as I had wanted them for months. BTW none of my 6 bottles have that rubber on the bottom. Very beautiful on my counter, but I still have a ton of the disposables too!

I think avoiding the plastic waste is more important!

Yes I prefer the disposable! More variety . I get so excited when one is empty and go into my closet to choose a new one. The refillable I get bored with! I think it could make a great gift for someone .

It seems best for a very large family who doesn't want to shop for soap frequently. Niche market. The hand soap and Pocketbacs are how I try a variety of scents.

The reason your bottom looks like that is actually from soaking it in bleach, bleach is very harsh cleaner, it’s messed the chemistry of the no slip grip. I love our reusable ones, I like using holiday scents in those without snowman ⛄️ on the front for summertime!

Bonnie, you said that the bottom of the glass soap holder smells bad and grows mold, if you keep any bottle/container on a wet surface for too long it will grow mold on the bottom of the bottle/container and it will smell bad.

I used a reward for a sweater weather refill because that is one of my all time favorite soaps for winter. I plan on refilling the plastic dispenser as needed. Otherwise, I like to switch my soaps up and the packaging of the plastic bottle is usually pretty and seasonal, which is also something I love. So these refills are not going to be a long term purchase for me. Most likely one and done😊

Happy Tuesday night Bonnie ! I prefer the disposable bottles. Economically it might be better but I love the fun packaging especially in fall/Christmas. The refill bottles are nice but looks like a pain to clean & that sticky goo at the bottom, yuk, lol. Ty for the great review. 🤗 💕💕

Hi Bonnie, I am glad you mentioned the soap refill option and issue with the bottom. I have yet to try the refills because I like to switch out my scents each week. That is how long my soap lasts in kitchen and main bathroom, so it works out perfectly. I also have a fear of dropping the soap dispenser on my floor and shattering glass everywhere, so that is another reason why I have not tried them yet. Thanks for sharing!

The soap refill system sounds like it's more trouble than it's worth.

I asked what color the soap was...they couldn't tell me 🤷‍♀️...I have and almost empty plastic soap with the turtle on it..I want to reuse the bottle for my turtle theme...blue soap...so I'm buying Method refill because it's blue🤗

I love the refills but they aren’t as thick as the fresh soap that’s my main problem with them!

The pump doesn’t pump after it months sticks half way down when you pump it i have every one and i say take the sticker off before even putting soap in it!

I don’t like the refills for home, but find they are perfect to take in the office to have on hand in our little kitchen area. Always nice to have a nice smelling hand soap at work!

I did get the fall soap refills so at least I have it for during the spring and Summer next year. But I do love the fall fragrances especially the Apple pumpkin my favorite. But I prefer to have varieties of soaps instead of a whole bunch of refills. But I do use the plastic soap containers the ones I buy and just reuse them -lynn

*Recycle the empty bottles of scents or use some some of them to refill...I noticed very few have scent now anyway.* 😂

The refills are so runny and thin. Not worth it.

and i have a QUESTION !! If I have a non bath and body soap dispenser will this soap come out foamy or liquid??? I actually have a soap dispenser on my kitchen faucet set up but put dawn dish soap in it but wonder how it would come out in one of those? FOAM OR WATERY LIQUID ?

What do they do with all the previous packages of their products when they change the packaging? I was wanting the previous gingham gorgeous style packaging before this new version.
