You did a great job by removing that lid and getting that organizer in there and then putting the lid back on I would never have thought of that ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ to you 👌👌

Maybe some acrylic trays/container for Q-tips

I would consider moving the organizer to the opposite side of the cabinet so you have quick access to the water shut off valve if you need it. Additionally, I would turn and stack the towels from side to side rather than from front to back (if that makes sense) --- if my math is correct this would mean that you would rotate them 90 degrees. I would still leave them stacked in the back of the cabinet which would then free up space in the front. Then, rather than having your basket of hair tools that you probably use on a regular basis on the top of the organizer, I would set it on the bottom in front of the towels which would then free up some additional space on the top of the organizer. I would then turn the basket of feminine supplies the long way and move it so it is easy to grab when you need it each month. And I would then use the back space to stack a few extra rolls of toilet paper that you don't immediately need. I would consider maybe some type of rectangular wicker basket that would fit maybe 3 rolls of toilet paper that could be set on top of the toilet tank lid for quick and easy access. I know that this video was posted over a year ago so you may have changed and reorganized since this time (I am a new subscriber to your channel so I am going back and watching some of the older videos first), but this would have been my suggestion at the time this video was posted. I am an absolute lover of all things related to organizing and decluttering. My husband and I live in a 1 bedroom + den 892 square foot apartment in Minneapolis. The apartment literally has 1 drawer on the right hand side of the stove and that is it. So you need to find creative and functional ways to organize even if it means that things aren't Instagram or Pinterest worthy!!

I think you did a great job.i suggest a liner from the dollar store , keeps the containers steady but also protects your cabinet. Gives a finish look too. I notice in our Dollarsma that the under cat litter box foam is a better deal than the foam in the kitchen isle.

Just a thought, but to maybe save space below your cabinet, would it work to store you body sprays and perfumes in your room, maybe in your closet? When I'm organizing I think about my process in how I get ready, and I typically use body sprays or perfumes after I get dressed, so I keep mine in my closet. With that being said, I do have open shelving in there so it does have a designate spot I can keep organized, so it might not work for you. If you did that it would open that entire bottom shelf under your cabinet for other things.

Karrie you could get the plastic dollar tree placemats, cut them to size and put them inside the baskets so they have a bottom/liner. I put them in my fridge to line the shelves and they wipe clean and work great. Also for the second bathroom it might be smart to move the metal organizer to the other side. You want to be able to turn the water shut off valve quickly if necessary.

It may not be “Pinterest worthy”, but it’s real life and it works. I feel like most pinterest worthy stuff isn’t very practical, especially with a family. Lol Neat, clean, and organized is my goal! And sometimes that hard with kids! Thanks for the real life video! ~ Karen

Try rolling your towels! Looks so much nicer

I would put toilet paper on top because you never know if I pipe may start leaking and then the tp will be wet and wasted. The hair tools atleast would be mostly protected in a bin.

I have one of those 3 tier plastic drawer organizers in my bathroom for my pads and tampons. "Regular" size in the top drawer, "medium" size in the middle drawer, and pads/panty liners in the bottom drawer. Works like a charm! Love this video, Karrie!

Love the organizing on a budget. I have a small two bedroom for my family of four so I love to get ideas that won’t break the bank! I got a similar organizer off Amazon too. So pricey. I found one at Ross and it was half the price but I liked it so much I had to find another. Amazon was still better than Bed Bath and Beyond. Mine only has one drawer on the bottom which is perfect to stand up the taller bottles and on top I just use an old Sterilite bin that lost it’s lid and put shampoo or cleaning products in that. I also use old iPhone boxes to corral my makeup. Those boxes are so sturdy.

I have those organizing shelf things, one in each bathroom and another under the kitchen sink. I've had them for about 4 or 5 years now and I can tell you they are very sturdy and will last a long time so they are worth the investment.

Hi Karrie, Great video so glad you are much better. I have damaged my left arm so cant do much at the moment, yesterday I went for a scan at the hospital as this has been a problem since August but the day before the hospital I had a nasty fall outside and i fell right on my bad arm so its even worse now. good thing it isnt my dominant arm. I need to put my decorations up and do Christmas baking, I may have to get my sons to do some of it. xx

Do not even be embarrassed of what you show us. It's real life. I have 4 year old twins that I do atleast an hour of school a day and everyday life routines. I'm so hard on myself when I can't keep things perfect. My husband just told me last night, "I would rather see a messy cabinet or pantry knowing our children come first" needless to say I got emotional lol. It's funny how they see things.
