Batik on the Gel Plate 

I didn't set out to create batik on the gel plate and I didn't actually use any batik techniques but the finished print definitely reminds me of the crackly texture that is left on a batik by cracking wax. I used a new stencil, leaves & lines that I designed and cut on a cricut. The cutting file is available in the Echidna Studios etsy store
