This figure does indeed look like a winner. Those Nicholson headsculpts look solid and the melting makeup face really ties this piece together for sure!
Mars Toys absolutely nailed this figure, and you can tell they really cared about this release. They could have used the same hat sculpt as the HT one, but they wanted to make the hat fit, so although it doesn’t look good bc of the bulky hs, I comend them for trying, and trying makes all the difference in a release! The care and precision they took for the suit talyoring, which is perfectly screen accurate, and accessories are top notch. Lastly, those headsculpts are gorgeous! The laughing one really brings the DX figure to life! Terrific review!
What an amazing figure. Not something I personally plan to add to my collection but it’s nice to see Mars toys have been killing it and honestly upping the competition
One of my favorite Batman movies! Saw it twice in the cinema when it was released. Even though shows were sold out for days! Can’t wait to get mines! They should’ve done a two pack.

My Mr. J is displayed the same way as yours, with the makeup removed from the forehead. I also added the “Boo” headsculpt to my HT DX08 which absolutely sets it off!!
I just got mine in the mail today and the quality was even better than I expected. I agree that the hat is one of the few things that isn't perfect. I wish there was a head sculpt in the flesh color that is designed to wear the hat like he wore in the beginning of the mob scene. The suit can be a bit bulky but that effect can be minimized if you pull it tight in certain areas and mess with it. Looks great next to DX08 Joker and DX09 Batman. 10/10

On its way, no brainer for a big Keaton fan! Unfortunately forgot to pre-order Bruce in his tux, so will have to try to pickup along the line! Great review and attention to detail!
I am not gonna lie, I am very tempted with this particular Joker but I feel like Hot Toys is gonna hit the vaults (due to limited Marvel cinematic release for 2024/2025) and pull out some iconic 2.0 reissues…..and I hope this is one figure
That was very good. It's 100 percent easy to only say good things. I received a parcel in New Zealand like that and the box appeared to be bent in half. The figure itself was ok.
Well he was wearing a style of zoot suits which were baggy like this and the handkerchief he uses comes out of that pocket so posing him with it wiping the face wouldn't work with the sown in handkerchief
Ngl I’m more of a fan of the 2019 joker from his movie, the design for him just looks amazing his design is less goofy and more of the I’m a psychopath side but hot toys did do good with this one!
I suppose it all depends on what kind of Joker you like. My favourites are Ledger and Nicholson. For me, Jack Nicholson's Joker ticks all of the boxes. He's hilarious, he's a criminal mastermind, he's very vain, he's flamboyant, and he's very much a psychopath - look what he did to his very loyal "number one guy", Bob! Aside from Jared Leto's Joker, I think that every other interpretation by the various actors have been both great and compelling. It'll be very interesting to see where Phoenix's Joker goes next; will he become the fully fledged criminal mastermind, will he continue making up stories from his asylum as the Joker, will he turn out to be an ordinary man who was abused as a child; one who escaped his harsh reality by reading and disappearing into a fantasy world inspired by the comics he read in the 80's.....?

The Mars Toys: New "Joker" 1/6 Scale Figure, truly does Screamed "Joker" from the (1989) Movie. And I Totally agreed Justin about the Melted Face "Joker" Figure. This one looks amazing. I still wait for MTOYS MS028 1/6 Jack N figure and it should be coming out soon too. Like i said under Mr.W figure , third party companies is getting better and better. I question Hot Toys now😂.
Of course, i love it, it is Jacks Joker after all, but O have a lot of critics too: what is this gun?! The hat is ridiculous. 2 heads are almost identical. The makeup effect of the laughing head is not accurate. No new hands, the vest looks bad.
Yeah hate the hat, the gun is fine, it's the one he shoots the tv with when Joker is in his lair with Bob, it's actually an old flare signal gun, not a shotgun 😊
Unfortunately the Mars Toys 1st released Joker is long sold out. Else I can pair the laughing Joker head sculpt in his original joker costume. Hope Mars Toys can release a 3rd version with the bloodied dead face expression and a laughing pouch with real joker sound in it. 😄

Only thing I never liked about the DX08 and first Mars Toys Joker is the terrible hat hair and the overly dark shade of green. Be nice if Mars released a full makeup/green hair sculpt of their own and maybe one with a sculpted hat.
I love this and hate it all at the same time. Missed opportunity and my money, NOT having the normal white face. Why the makeup smear? So dumb. Ruined to be honest. Especially when the box shows the Joker as the Joker. Not Jack Napier
