​@@foolserrand-lu7ymSteven is at least partially. And Timmy even tjough he has his parents they are extremly unatentive and absent a lot of the time. A well written batman would feel for any kid period but more if their parents are gone or laking. He knows what it is to not have them, and having shitty ones can be even worse sometimes.

That's because Batman/Bruce Wayne knows the severe emotional and psychological impact losing a loved one in front of their eyes has on a living being, especially on children. That's why he felt sympathetic towards Timmy Turner at the end of the contingency video, because not only it reminds him of the memory seeing his parents shot right in front of him, but it also makes him feel like the man that shot Thomas and Martha Wayne (which is really messed up).

What about young Courage meeting A Pup Named Scooby-Doo? That show was just as wacky antics, but minus the eerie. I remembered, there was even a Super ScribbleNaughts crossover - in both game and comic forms.

Ofcourse he would. The one time he was pffered "You can stop the tragedy that made you in another universe batman was like "Take me now" and he stoped the tragedy from happening. But funly enough batman still ends up existing in that universe. The young Bruce of that universe gets inspired by batman and he decides to become a hero just like that misterious masked man.

Technically they do, courage's Batman/Superman number (because they're technically both the Kevin bacon of superheroes) is one because of Scooby-Doo.

umm, depends upon the series as a lot of the Batmen are incredibly violent and willing to do anything except kill to keep people safe. Batman once said of himself, "I am not a good person" because as part of one of his plans, he basically had to destroy the lives of his friends to keep them away from a case he was working. I don't remember the exact context but his reasoning was that they weren't thorough enough. The villain had a strange quirk where they'd make an escape plan if there was even one abnormality and no one had been able to catch them.

If you read some of the discworld books that focus on the witches and they will prove my point far better than I will ever be able to, but your example is almost a completely stripped version of the argument made there. He is good cuz he did the thing that is best, fully knowing the cost of his actions. He didn't burden anybody with the cost of having to make that choice and got the net least negative result. So while he may not be nice, he is a good person. The non edgelord versions that take him seriously, survive and are somewhat worth reading at least. Kinda like how you can go "what if superman but EVILLLLLL" and end up with a story that's not about Clark, but a homelander or an omniman.

@@user-zh4vo1kw1z actually, no, Batman's plan completely backfired, he almost died and the only reason he survived was because one of his friends was too stubborn to take his words at face value and happened to be in the area. His reputation was destroyed and all of the other heroes basically said, "if you can't trust us, how can we trust you?"

It’s like how they say, at the end of the Dark Knight film, “I’m the hero Gotham deserves, but not the one that needs.” Only backward, in your case.

Well to be fair Bruce was once a tragic child in an alleyway with no parents too. Only difference is Courage has a chance to reunite with his parents. Something Bruce can't have on a regular basis, He was lucky to have Green Lantern, help him with this one.

Spoilers: In the episode Remembrance of Courage Past the vet ended up on the moon himself with all the dogs he sent there and that is where that episode ended while heavily implying he was gonna get mauled to death

True also, all the dogs set an on their plan, go back home to their owners as well. I can only see the headlines on the newspaper lost dogs for years have been found. Med. Veterinarian sentence to zoo manure pick up duty for life.

Also, on another note, would Batman take the meteor to Wayne lambs to analyze it, or will star labs claim at first?
