I think it's worth the buy for people who haven't played the arkham games before. Gameplay wise, graphics are much better. They somewhat improved the cinematic scenes like with joker's face.

I've completed Asylum and City as well as Knight but am getting this remaster anyway. Easily my favourite games of all time. The graphics look much better so I don't know why some are whining about 30fps etc. For £30 on Amazon with all the DLC included, it's a steal if you've never played the two.

@@Sangerino i have a ps4 slim 1tb and the gameplay of return to Arkham city is horrible. Whenever I glide the FPS drops down to probably 12-15. Return to Arkham asylum runs solid

The very minor changes to how enemies just homing missile to you no matter how far away you are from them made the game less fun to play compared to old Rocksteady's Arkham games. Origins wasn't bad, but that little minor change in the combat just made less fun.

All the Batman games “Return to Arkham Asylum,” “Arkham Knight,” & “Arkham City,” are all on sale on the PS4 I don’t know how long for. But if you don’t have them I’d buy them they’re like $4.99 or $5.99 +Tax but originally they’re $60.00 it’s a bundle so you get all three games.

now that I've played through arkham asylum on xbox 360 pc on Max settings and ps4 I am happy to say this is the best version, the graphics now don't change between cutscenes and they are matching the comic book art style, just make sure on asylum to turn the brightness down 4 clicks and for city turn it down 10 clicks

After playing a bit of both Asylum and City, the only thing that I think looks terrible is Batman in Arkham Asylum. He looks fine in City, which kinda makes it confusing. I think Joker looks alright in both thus far.

I know this comment is 7 years old, but I assume they didn't add Origins to this collection because Origins wasn't made by Rocksteady, and they only planned on releasing remasters of the game belonging to said developers

never understood the hate this remaster brought a whole new younger generation of arkham fans (like me) this not only made me love batman but to know all of the lore okay i maybe get that the old asylum feel from ps3 is not there but then again i would much rather prefer the ps4 version because of the rain and then again you can turn the brightness down to make it like the ps3 version and city just looks 10 times better on ps4 then on the ps3.

Original shows only from the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions. Yes compared to them it's more nicer and better graphics. BUT! If you compare the Original from the PC versions. It is not nicer or better graphics at all.

they didn't learned to let player select character, Pc modding is the way, i love using Nightwing around arkham city or deathstroke in arkham origins, or all the extra characters in Arkham Knight. just play on pc

《Yuu-Mon》 Arkham City is one of the best games ever made. The gameplay and controls might feel a bit outdated due to it being 5 years old but it's still definitely worth playing.
