I prefer Max Shreck to the Penguin. Batman ,like Indiana Jones , saves children. That makes Keaton a badass! 😎 There are a plethora of heroes that kill, fictional and real. I like Joe Kid , Rambo,and any John Wayne character. Also real heroes like Audie Murphy, David Crockett, Robert J O'Neil and many more. If you're protecting life, then you're unequivocally a hero.
Shreck was enough of a villain for one movie.The Burton/Schumacher films suffered from villain overload. Ironically,the Nolan films did have multiple villains but were handled better and Batman was always the focus.
You forgot to mention the stupidest part of the movie..Batman taking his mask off in front of ALL the villains at the end! Batman would just NOT DO THAT!
