That was such an enormous scam. To win the $200,000 cash you had to collect every character from the movie. Tens of thousands were made of Robin, Poison Ivy, Bane, Mr. Freeze etc. But only ONE was ever made of Alfred. The prize went unclaimed becasue no Alfred piece was ever found, in spite of Taco Bell swearing they made one. They even shot a commercial of an unnamed private winner's voice, yet 6 months later the money went unclaimed. It's the same with the Batmobile. There were many Brice Wayne instant winners of food, but only one of the Batmobile--which nobody won, in spite of the Drew Carey episode about it.
Every cash sweepstakes contest done by chain restaurants or food brands is a scam. They deliberately do the absolute bare minimum to legally get away with saying that anyone can win the prize, & then no one ever does, by design, because the method for winning is made to be so microscopic that it's all but impossible to win.
I have been telling this story to my wife for years and she thinks i was full of shit. I finally decided to look up this contest. When I was a kid I clearly remember winning he George coolney face and freaking out because I won the bat mobile. And when I went to the counter to “claim” my prize, all I received was a taco. The Taco Bell that I won it from still exist maybe I should sue someone

Tens of thousands of duplicates were made of Robin, Poison Ivy, Bane, Mr. Freeze, etc. But only ONE was ever made of Alfred. McDonald's also had Plastic collectors cups for Batman Returns.... its goes Taco Bell Batman 89 McDonald's Batman Returns 92 McDonald's Batman Forever 95 and Taco Bell Batman and Robin 97... and all but one set is Plastic
I remember when I was at Taco Bell that I actually did wanted one of those cups to get a second chance to get Bruce Wayne actually there was a guy that actually did got Bruce Wayne and he actually told me that actually reveal Alfred to get the actual prizes then a free taco.
I was one piece away from the $250,000... I ate so much Taco Bell that summer to find it, I feel like sending a letter of apology to my old city's sewer department.

Unwritten Law of Pre-Avengers Blockbusters: If Subway promoted your movie, you were a disappointment. (Examples: The Lone Ranger, Battleship, Green Lantern)
Oddly, they were promoting every Disney movie up until 2016 but the only Disney movie they've promoted since Moana is Cars 3. Hell, while they promoted the first Guardians of the Galaxy, Dairy Queen promoted the second one. I wonder if their contract expired with them or something.
Man, feels good to be a 90's/2000's half-breed when I'm watching videos from this movie along with Forever and the cartoons like BTAS,Beyond, and 2004 because man the Burton Batman movies' fanbase sure has a hobby of having toxic elitism lol.
man and I thought Disney's merchandising with frozen and star wars was BAD. fuck this commercial proves it wasn't just my imagination back then, Schumacher and WB wanted you to wipe your ass with batman I swear bruces face wasn't on toilet paper because its really hard to print desgins on other wise damn.

I wonder if anyone actually got the batmobile or money. Just seems like these restaurants spew bullshit and never actually give out those big prizes. They say they have a list of winners, but I think they just make up names.
I wish Taco Bell and these other places would go back to peel and win contest on cups like they use to do back I the 90s instead of this new crap they put out there now the 90s had all the best contests
Did they even have a Batmobile to even give away or the other prizes or the money and I'm guessing nobody won this contest. Even in 2023 they're still doing these type of giveaways but it's mostly video games nowadays like Taco Bell doing a giveaway for an Xbox series s and Burger King doing one for the PlayStation 5. These are scams nothing more nobody wins anyting people have better chances of winning the lottery than winning one of these contests from these fast food places.

Liam Wood I actually remember getting the coolney face and becoming so excited cuz I thought I won the bat mobile. So when I went to the counter to “claim” my prize I got a taco. I remember feeling so heart broken
