Hola me puedes ayudar desde Colombia, tengo un asus vivobook 14 pero resulta que la tapa no tiene el tornillo de la mitad y cuando voy a quitarla no me deja despegar esa mitad de la tapa. Como hago para levantarla sino trae tornillo sino solo una formita redonda pero no se sale. Gracias

Amigo, ¿Es confiable comprar en MercadoLibre las baterías? Es que yo tengo una Asus UX325EA, y no puedo conseguir batería para mi laptop en ningún lado del lugar donde vivo (Trujillo, Perú). Y tengo miedo de comprar una batería por internet y que al final no funcione o algo.

Hola tengo un problema con mi Asus E410MA con batería o sin batería parpadea el LED de carga cuando está conectado el cargador pero cuando la desconecto se apaga y no prende aún estando con batería puesta y marca 100 % ya no se que hacer hice muchos procedimientos y no logro encontrar la falla espero puedas ayudarme gracias

Hola justo hoy me paso lo mismo pero la mia parpadea el led de carga y no aumenta la batería esta en 30% y se apaga encuando la desconecto sera que le hace falta otra batería 😂😂😂
