@@dragonturtleab.3036 All the boss themes of both IV and IVA were great. Maitreya's boss theme was awesome, one of my favorites. To Be All Things (the final boss's first form) is also great and underrated. To say nothing of the music from IV - the 4 final boss themes are all great, and the fiend theme is severely underrated. (It's reused in IVA in Twisted Tokyo.)

@@GalesMightBeLazy A lot of turn-based RPGs have decent battle and boss themes, but SMT is on another level. I haven't heard a battle theme that I didn't like. Maybe the one in the first dungeon of Strange Journey Redux, but it's not bad. Now that I think about it, a bunch of my favorite turn-based RPGs have incredible boss themes - often better than their battle themes. The whole Paper Mario series has some awesome boss themes.

Nah, it's more accurate to say the Fiend Battle or the Cathedral of Shadows theme are the mainstay themes. Especially Fiend Battle, it basically gives any SMT player immediate PTSD of Matador/David fights
