This man legit just fought a 40K WAAAAAGH! with twelve men armed with medieval weaponry. AND WON. *WITH ZERO CASUALTIES.* I am both impressed and terrified.
feudal world with feral orks I bet some Space Marine chapter watched this battle and scooped up some of those men for training in the Fortress-Monastery
14:37 we can say, this was a deathblow which pretty much decided the outcome of the whole battle. Even the game froze for a moment because of the ammount of white flags appeared on the screen. It was not a tripple kill -- it was an entire horde kill. Great job, warrior!
The amazing luck in the beginning is all I expect from the damn game. Gotten so desensitized by whiffing many 95s and getting smacked over and over on 20s.
I'm proud to say, as a newbie (about 20h playtime and watch some videos), that I killed a berserker at day 1, in the first caravan mission, without casualties. There were 3 young orc and 1 berserker. At first, they sew through my 4 dudes team like paper. Then I realized I couldn't win, so I lured the berserker to the upper part of the map, letting the young orcs slaughter the caravan team. My whole team gang raped on that berserker (still, it was quite lucky that all 2h axe split attacks connected, which dealt a lot of damage). I managed to pick up the man splitter from that orc and then retreated away before the other orcs caught up. It's a failed mission, but man, what a satisfying fight. 😂 (That man splitter was a HUGE help)
I highly recommend a whip brother with cleaver spec. I usually make my banner a cleaver hybrid with quick hands and a whip. In the late game I tend to have a dedicated cleaver bro with the famed barbarian cleaver so he gets a whip too. Mace stun is good for locking out dangerous enemies, but for enemies who are stun immune (like berserkers) the whip does the same thing from 3 tiles range. I would also say don't bring ranged units to a heavy orc fight (against young and berserkers they are great), but as you see in this video his archer/gun unit did very little outside of killing some young (the massive route triggered by the gun was nice, but very rng). It would have been better to have two more melee bros in the fight who wouldn't care about getting pushed around by warriors.
I'm pretty sure the reason there was orcs at the end of the fight (when you exited out) is cause there were so many orcs in that fight that it couldn't put them all on the battle map. Meaning there was technically over 93 orcs, pretty sure there is at least 100-110 in that in total if you decided to wipe out the remaining enemies
It's strange that mercs don't have a little pocket for bondage or medkit. Or for potions. They are not big things. Looks like one more way of limitations. So buy a perk and wear 4 heavy shield without penalty, but don't even think to take a little bondage with yourself )
@@125discipline2 Maybe there are already mods to do this. I had variety ideas of improving game in simple little moments like with bondages, viewed code, but did only small changes... sometimes it's just so obvious and simple solutions.
How do you always ensure you get both pieces of Davkul's legendary armour? I've noticed you have it in ALL your late game videos, but every time i have tried to acquire it i always end up with either the helm OR the chest piece and that's after 600 days and acquiring enough cultists very early on (more than 6 at lvl 11 before day 100)
You can get the "Its over" prompt again if u press the surrender button so u don't need to keep pressing F lol Also you gotta give your brothers more back up weapons...
Really? Wow. Btw. I saw that if i click "its over" button there is animation of adjusting enemies dying. Does it mean i can click it's over instead of daggering them and get the loot? Or is it just animation and i lose everything i didn't kill?
@@ojgfhuebsrnvn2781 idk why you would necropost but to answer your question, it ends the battle as is, meaning any enemies still alive will not count toward your kill count nor get their loot (this includes surrendering enemies)
this is nasty stuff,my party of 20 bunch of them new recruits almost got wiped by many orc warriors and few behemoth(maybe 15 total),my band only left 5 alive 2 of them permanent injury.
No need to call one. They are already here, representing game which work perfectly the way they wanted - to suffer, take losses, re-build and take your revenge or whatever. Like devs vision of gameplay it's one and only way people should play. And if someone somehow managed to find a good way to keep his bros alive, build good company and have fun - just strangulate them with "improvings" and AI cheats. Still prefer older version BB "WotN" than current. It's just fucking rng circus - and sometimes it so heartcrushing. Even if you did everything right, it still punishes you, because it must be... Dishonesty like some bullshit dodges with 95% to hit just kill interest to play. )
lol they should really nerf the handgonne so it only causes morale checks for the main target, and not also for all targets who are hit by it. The shot at 14:38 lol... so broken
I streamed a run last year with 3 handgonnes and it was... very effective. Not so much against Undead of course but it was a noble war so worked out great. Handgonnes are just fun to use.
Wdym? If I got pieces of shrapnel from the dude that got hit Infront of me, I would've freaked out. It's realistic to lose morale from taking pain, not everyone is a hardened killer.
>Complains about weapons breaking >Doesnt pick up enemy weapons off the floor when its near the end of the battle. Dont risk your famed weapons, mate lol
took 3 5%ers in a row on the same turn just yesterday before the 4th finally missed. It was on a battleforged bro with padding so he shrugged it, but I was still flabbergasted by the rng.
