FWC does now since they are to impatient to wait for a 70 something year old man to get out of the hospital, so he can move it himself.

​@@HoosierPete69.Not true, he is responsible for paying the state back for removing the vessel. There is no set timeline for the vessel being removed, he allowed it to get to the condition it got into before it was deemed derelict and therefore a misdemeanor on the waters of the state per statute 823.11(2)(a). They are grown adults, if they know they're getting to the point where they can no longer care for the vessel, they should work on who will be the new owner for it or turn it in prior to allowing it to get into its horrendous condition. The vessel was not "commandeered" by FWC, it was deemed derelict and Jack was required to either bring it into compliance or get it off the waters of the state or destroyed. Jack left to Indiana and left the vessel behind and made no attempts to set up any plan to pay for the vessels removal. Additionally, that derelict vessel has a red sticker from FWC, meaning that NO ONE is allowed to board it or be on it or they will be charged with a misdemeanor, but by all means, continue to encourage people to get on the vessel, dont be surprised when people start getting arrested.
