A fantastic debut!! This is a brilliant example of how a wargaming video should be done. It was brilliant to see the actual beaches as well having read about them so much!
This isnt a battle report, this is history lovers showing us the cool things they get up to! Loved it, so much more than dice rolling, which I enjoy. New subscriber here.
Absolutely loved the way you presented the actual beaches then the game. The terrain and armies were outstanding and you captured the fun of multiplayer games brilliantly. A fascinating game with real history lessons attached. Very well done by all participants, it looks like it was a fantastic day!
Eugene, I really enjoyed watching this video. I'm not a war gamer but someone who's interested in history. I love the way you connected the actual story of the battle with the game. Also how you linked the past to the present with both your introduction on the beach and your interviews at the end. Keep up the good work!
Excellent 👌 really enjoyed the presentation especially nice to get the players views and plans during the game. Great idea with the initial table recce 👍 Look forward to more
Thank you, very kind. My shorter battle reports are fairly faster to produce, but this big one, whilst quite an undertaking, is massively satisfying. I'm working on the next battle report and would love to make more, time permitting
Simply amazing. Thank you so much for posting this. This theater has been my favorite for our air games and I have a lot of those on my channel I really wanted to do something on the ground, and this gives me inspiration to do so !
Yes, true, so on a gaming table we represent trenches by having the squads 'dug-in', which we symbolised with sandbags. Thank you for sharing. Please share more information 🙏
sir?? for everyone's knowledge, actually from Tumpat (Kelantan) which is the ore port and its train station to Kota Bharu (Kelantan) which is the Pengkalan Chepa airport, up to Kuala Besut, Terengganu, the entire area of Sungai and Pantai, defenses such as forts, ditches and fences have been built thorny Beach since December 1940 again.
The defenders placed them behind the line of palms, but they would have been better in the open with unobstructed lines of fire. With hindsight, I should have placed the pillboxes and not had them as an option for the defenders.
