carving out animals (birds) out of fruits (apples)! :D whenever our customers preordered peking duck, i used to carve a bird/phoenix out of half an apple. also a flower out of a radish... my dad taught me when we still had a restaurant. i think that would be quite challenging! ^^

You guy and gals should try and find a Chinese/Jamaican Restaurant in the city. I know from my Grandpa that there is a lot of Chinese people from Jamaica so seeing you go and eat a different type of Chinese food not seen in America or Australia would be cool! Happy New Year!!!

hahaha I'm with felicia on that foot to inches question. da yell Aussies use cm. This episode was hilarious though. Some of those rolls were shocking though haha. btw i think the water wasn't hot enough for the rice paper thats why it was hard
