What i feel in IISc there is more focus on AI /ML maths... Don't think this much level of maths is there in any IITs.. in IISc u wl do everything from scratch..not library..i feel in AI/ML iisc is best choice.. in iits there is more focus on applications....after talking to my frnds at IITs that's what I felt (I m from IISc so i felt this personally )

Lemme give my verdict... Without any hesitation choose IISc. Public perception is IITB. It could be based on the placement stat and companies that visit them.

First of all, thank you for this video. Thinking about what to choose from these two has been more difficult for me than getting under 100 rank in GATE. I want to pursue career in AI/ML field, so here are the pros and cons of both institutes I have noticed for myself from your video: IITB : Pros - IIT tag, Top notch placements, Good research in AI field, vibrant campus life Cons- Have to do TAship, competition with BTech students, General MTech(no specialization in AI/ML), have to work little more for building up basics by own IISc Bangalore: Pros - Good course structure, Pleasant weather, calm campus, No TAship to do, no competition with BTech students, Mtech Specialization in AI Cons - No IIT tag, placements down due to recession ( can't say if situation will normalize in 2 years), Not so great research in AI field Now I have to make a decision based on all these points uff. It's still going to be a difficult decision 😅
