In this video, we also do a weather test, to see if the 23Zero and Roam Adventure Cases withstand the elements.
Also we go over the different mounts that can be used for a Roam case to secure to your Roof Rack, whether it's a Prinsu roof rack, Front Runner, roof rack or any other style.
You can use cam straps, Bungi Cords, Ratchet straps... but these are all the budget ways to get it done. The better long term solution, is the Sherpa T bars, the EO (2) mounts and the new ROAM Rugged mounts. Each have their benefits.
Ultimately it depends on your budget, and if your want to drill holes in your case, and if you want ease of removing your case if you plan on doing so often.
The 23 zero case has limited options, as they do not make a mount for their case, and rely on the fact that you will be resourceful in making your own. You could make a T-bar like Sherpa's, or buy an extension bracket to add to the 83L Sherpa Mount. Also the EO2 mounts would work, but this is the most expensive of them all, and soon to no longer be in stock.
At the end of the video, I cleaned and protected the Case with Cerakote, which made the Case look better than new, as it makes it deep Black.
