If you want to compare States capitals, you should be comparing Ilorine to Cities like Owerri, they were created the same period, Abakaliki is not only new state capital, it is even more developed and modernised than your local Ilorine that is more like a glorified local government headquarters.....Ilorine is only Ahmadu Bello way, Taiwo, Challenge and that's it.

You tried but you need to revisit Abakaliki. Meanwhile, this comparison shouldn't even be at all. Kwara stated was created in 1967 while Ebonyi 1996. That makes Ilorin 29 years older than Abakaliki. How do you compare 56 years to 27 years? Isn't that funny? The level of development Abakaliki achieved in just 27 years hasn't been seen anywhere in Nigeria within such period except Abuja.
