Battle of the Insects | Transformers: Prime Wars and Legacy: Kickback, Bombshell and Shrapnel 

There's a place for all of these in my collection, the legends ones work give as clones. That's my excuse for keeping all of them anyway...

Since the insecticons were smaller than for instance Autobot cars (which are mostly deluxe sized) the deluxe figures appear to big. As such the scout figures might be better scale wise.

Nice comparison mate. I have never been a big fan of the Insecticons myself, but did get the Prime Wars ones for my son a few years back. They are fun pocket money toys to mess around with. I think the bug modes are better than their robot modes. The Legacy ones look to have better robot modes, but the bug modes are a bit blocky like you have said.
